At Outlier.org, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Outlier.org account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
